Casa di Santa Francesca Romana in Ponte Rotto is in Trastevere, in the heart of Rome, close to the Basilica of St. cecilia and not far from Tiberina Island. For many centuries it was the home of the noble Ponziani family.
St. Francesca Romana, wife of Lorenzo de' Ponziani lived in this house for 40 years during which she performed many miracles and acts of heroic charity in the Trastevere area. She died here on 9th March 1440.

Casa di Santa Francesca Romana hosts groups, families and singles in rooms with private facilities including shower and hair dryer. All rooms have air conditioning, mini-bar, phone, satellite and terrestrial TV with all the main foreign channels.

Casa di Santa Francesca Romana has six meeting halls for conferences and events of any kind in a setting of great elegance in a beautiful Mediaeval Building. The Chapel "Maria Refugium Peccatorum" seats 150 persons.
